“ I have now dined at Le Yaca 3 times in the past year and each time is a great experience with excellent food and service It's absolutely beautiful inside with each dining space minimally decorated but it's feels warm and inviting. Food wise the standouts this past time were the lobster bisque, chocolate croissants , fresh bread and butter, the steak, the crabcake (so much crabmeat) and the chocolate cake! I really don't think you can go wrong with any of the food choices. Can't wait to go back for another dining experience here! ”

“ Our waiter Minh G. was very kind. He made sure we had everything we needed. He kept us with bread, which I love. The food was delicious. I love the chocolate soufflé it came with the Lamb meal. The lamb meal is only available on Thursdays. I also had their chocolate martini. It was very good. It's a very clean restaurant and it's so cute too. I would visit again. ”

“ Le Yaca is in the heart of Williamsburg a couple of miles from the outlet. The restaurant is nice and intimate. Our server was good and attentive. They placed us in the back (wink)in which I didn't mind because it was quiet and intimate. We order the salmon and red snapper. Both were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Verde salad was delicious as well. The crab cake was scrumptious with hardly no fillers. ”

“ We visited Le Yaca for the first time to celebrate my daughter's 18 birthday. Two of my party choose the 5-course prix fixe meal. Two other members of my party ordered a la carte. Our dining experience was relaxed and comfortable. Our server was attentive and she also went the extra mile to make my daughter feel special for her birthday. One of my daughter's order filet mignon a la carte and it was expertly prepared. My wife ordered a vegetarian appetizer followed by a chef's vegetarian entree. She was very happy with both. My birthday girl and I both ordered the 5-course meal and it was excellent. For the 1st course, I had the scallops. Excellent. The 2nd course was French Onion soup. It was my least favorite course because it was served pureed. Flavorful but lacking the mouthfeel of onion soup served elsewhere. Third course was a palate cleanser with sorbet. My 4th course was surf and turf. Expertly prepared filet mignon and lobster tail. My 5th course was the souffle. Dinner for 4 with a reasonable bottle of French Pinot Noir and tip ran about $470. It was a great dining experience and we'll be back. Of note, all the staff were courteous. Talent in the kitchen. Very well-managed restaurant. ”

“ Pretty freaking good. Missed a few marks in my opinion for flavor components. First all the good stuff! We have eaten here 5 times. We did the Chef's tasting menu with wine pairings for each course. Then we have had lunch. We love their 3 course option. Service is always nice. Prompt. We Love the french onion soup. The style of this place is very pretty but food isn't modern. Which is fine. It is a "modern " french take of something you would eat in the mid 90's and early 00's. The nostalgia is wonderful. Great flavors. Their lentils aren't good and wish they would take them off the menu. Each room is cozy and the bar area is so fun during lunch. ”

“ We came here for our anniversary and were sat in the wine room. It was quiet and felt special. We both got the Southern Honey cocktail, which was larger than expected and delicious. We also ordered off the Prix fixe menu with our starter being the mushroom soup of the day then getting different mains and desserts. The mushroom soup was the right choice because it was rich, flavorful and the perfect consistency. I got the salmon main and my husband got the fish special, which were both delicious. He then got the trio of sorbets while I got the creme brule. We agreed the sorbet was the winning dessert. The only thing we thought could've improved our experience was faster service. We were there for three hours, where it felt like it was about an hour a plate. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we will be back. ”

“ This is the first I ever had French Food. And it was great. The salad was very sweet and fresh. The main course was chicken with some kind of sauce (don't ask what, no clue) but the combination was delicious. The fried potato slices were very tasty as well. The wait staff were very professional and helpful for a new-by. The ambiance was very pleasant and classy, but not too classy. I walked in wearing a Hawaiian shirt and shorts and there was no issues. The price was very reasonable, only $38 for the whole meal. ”

“ We had brunch at Le Yaca. The fixed price menu had plenty of options, and they were amazing. I had the pork, and my brunch date had the crab cake. Both were amazing. As descendants of French immigrants, this food is very traditionally European and classic. Our server was absolutely professional, polite, attentive, and punctual. The ambiance was very modern but had very European accents. Warm lighting, intentionally placed walls that muffled sound travel, and no background music made for an intimate afternoon and it was perfect. 100% will be returning. ”

“ Came here for Mother's Day and this restaurant was packed so our entrees were delayed significantly but they compensated by giving us free champagne soothing our feathers as the baby cried and screamed maniacally two tables down from us. The table next to us had a regular who was bored and said no doubt the fish would be halibut and he knew to order the filet and lobster. Well I had to ask my server, Matt, which entree was best so I got the same as that regular. Such a shame to be so rich that you're bored by this menu. Hubby got the two filets. He also got tiramisu and it was more delicious than my soufflé. Awesome experience again. ”
